As a Certified Senior Home Safety Specialist®, she focuses on aging-in-place solutions, fall prevention strategies, and home modifications to help older adults live safely and independently. Nick complements this expertise with his background in product safety, compliance, and risk mitigation. As a Certified Security Assessment Specialist with the American Crime Prevention Institute (ACPI), Nick offers professional evaluations of residential vulnerabilities and strategic security enhancements.
